- Mushroom cultivation with pasteurized and sterilized substrates from lab to commercial scale.
- Extraction of bioactive compounds: protein, chitin, polysaccharides, etc... (from lab to pilot scale)
- Genomic and bioinformatics análisis
- Waste valorization
