I am comming from the department of Agronomy, Chair for Fruit Growing, Viticulture and Vegetable Growing. We are experts in the field of agriculture, particularly in the area of abiotic and biotic stress management, irrigation and, above all, the metabolomics of fruit and vegetables. We can analyse a wide range of plant primary and secondary metabolites, including sugars, organic acids, ascorbic acid, phenolic compounds, carotenoids, betalains, capsaicinoids, glucosinolates, etc. We also have experince in enzyme studies involving metabolic pathways.
We are currently partners in a HiStabJuice project, a Marie Sklodowska-Curie project under Horizon 2020. We are also leading an EIP innovation project on frost damage in orchards.
We are mainly looking to join a consortium as a partner, and not as a leader.
