The reduction of pesticide residue signifies a shift towards more sustainable agricultural practices, promoting biodiversity, soil health, and ecosystem resilience. It also fosters consumer confidence in food safety and quality while reducing the risk of pesticide-related health issues. Additionally, efforts to minimize pesticide residue align with global sustainability goals, including the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and contribute to the long-term viability of agricultural systems worldwide.
