The expertise of the Laboratory for Water Biophysics and Membrane Processes lies in the characterization and implementation of membrane-based water treatment processes including forward osmosis, reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, and ultrafiltration. We possess expertise in advanced membrane characterization and the study of surface materials and interfaces with the employment of. streaming potential technique to determine zeta potential. In consortium, we have the opportunity to play a significant role in addressing the removal of contaminants, promoting water reuse, and fostering circularity within the proposed system. By implementing appropriate technologies and strategies, we can effectively remove harmful substances from water sources, ensuring that the water used in irrigation is clean and safe. Additionally, we can help to establish systems for the reuse of water, allowing us to maximize the efficiency of our water resources and reduce overall consumption.
