Founded in 1985, the University of M'sila initially began as a higher education institute in mechanics. Subsequently, in 1989, it expanded to include the Institute of Civil Engineering and the Institute of Urban Technologies. By 1992, the institution attained university center status, evolving into a full-fledged university in 2001, boasting six faculties and two institues.
The University of M'Sila serves as an educational, research, and service institution committed to fostering innovation. Our mission is to equip graduates with both cognitive and practical skills, enabling them to thrive in the competitive job market and contribute meaningfully to society in alignment with global advancements.

We are excited about the opportunity to work with different institutions and organizations and are open to discussing potential collaborations that align with our mutual goals.
We are also open to collaborating in several forms: internal, external, community, virtual, strategic alliance or network collaboration.

• Water allocation plans
• Adequate investment, financial stability and sustainable cost recovery
• Good knowledge of the natural resources present in the basin
• Comprehensive monitoring and evaluation
