Description of collaboration sought/proposed:
I am a Prof. at UNIVPM, (IT). My work is focused on the selection of fermenting yeasts to search and apply bioactive metabolites. My team work and I are interested in the development of innovative food products that combine technological (by-products valorizations) and healthy aspects, investigating the substrates prebiotic properties (also by-products) and probiotic traits of the microorganisms.
