Looking to join research project consortium

The Agro-Pastoralism Research Center (CRAPast) is placed under the supervision of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research. Its legal status is that of a Public Scientific and Technological Establishment (EPST).
In the Department of animal health and production we carried out through collaboration with numerous universities, research institutes, and industries,we Develop partnerships between the institute and national economic operators in the agricultural and agri-food sector;we Develop also innovative business projects based on research results.

We are interested in participating in a consortium to build a proposal for reduction of food loss and waste. Our research group also investigates the extraction of bioactive components such as proteins, polysaccharides, starch, phenolic compounds, etc., and explores their uses in industrial and agricultural areas, we focus on monitoring the physical, chemical, and sensory aspects of food throughout its shelf life.
