Our university and gastronomy department carry out studies on food waste-loss and sustainability issues. We are looking for a partner for the project in which we aim to develop capacity to increase food waste awareness. The project will be about on healthy nutrition seminars, agricultural field tours, menu improvements to increase nutritional content and reduce waste, which will reduce waste in different countries and gastronomy establishments.
