The University of Bologna, founded in 1088, is the oldest university in Western World. UNIBO is involved in a very large number of projects as H2020, LIFE and Interreg, plus many national projects funded directly or indirectly by the European Union. Cooperation between university and Industry plays an important part of the activity, including patent developments.

Description of collaboration sought/proposed:
our group has experience in the use of amendment and biochar as a way to improve soil fertility and enhance soil water retention. We work on orchard systems and we could provide soil and plant analysis, psychological measurements and fruit quality. We have the possibility to take care of of and/or field experiment.
