ECECT is a private non-profit Research/Educational organization focusing on emerging competencies and technologies. Ongoing projects include:

● Cities Going Green (Erasmus+,KA2, SCH) : Application for the Development of a Smart and Green City” aims to cultivate environmental consciousness for students of ages 10-12, through environmental education, STEM education and gamification.
● Sustain4Rural (Erasmus+,KA2, ADU) - Sustainability in Rural Areas: It’s goal is to train farmers and individuals, who are living in rural/underserved areas of Cyprus and Crete with the purpose to inform and consult them about green practices they may use in their farming jobs, and topics regarding sustainability, environment and precision agriculture and relevant technologies (IoT, AI, sensors, drones etc.) Topics and educational material developed include climate change, water management, Waste management, circular economy as well as new technologies and digital skills
● BETES (Erasmus+,KA2, VET) - Bootcamps for Emerging Skills and Essential Skills: is a project whose goal is to train unemployed, underemployed or other individuals that want to be retrained on various technologies and obtain new skills (both soft and hard skills) in Cyprus, Greece, and Malta. Technologies include IoT, AI, VR, AR as well as drones

● ReSTELA (Erasmus+,KA2, SCH) Remote STEM LABS: is a project whose goal is to allow remote access to multiple STEM labs to teachers and students, especially those in remote areas. Partners from Cyprus, Italy, and Estonia will develop an online platform, develop a toolkit on its use and host training sessions for teachers and perform pilot sessions for students.
