Fisheries faculty in Akdeniz University has been working on fisheries science in the region since 2000. BSc, MSc, and PhD programmes are running at aquaculture department. Many international collaboration had done by myself since 2006. Aquaculture department has 8 scieintific person with different tittles and 4 different wet facility in the department basement where all the scientific studies have been done.

The department have 3 different wet labs, all contains different size of tanks (from 60lt - 500 lt). In addition the faculty has an aquaponics facility in a greenhourse establised on 250 square meter peice of land. There can be produce freshwater fish species (3 fish tank 5 toneach) together with plant (60 square meter plant production are DW system).
I myself had wide network at Turkish aquaculture industry from freshwater ot marine fish, cage or RAS companies that i can find easly industrial partner from Turkey and in EU for consortium.
