We are a multidisciplinary team (Agronomists, food chemists, Microbiologists, and consumer-behavior specialists) working on developing a solid proposal targeting the development of plant-based protein sources as alternatives to animal proteins.
The team is already taking shape, and we are welcoming scientists (With expertise in plant protein extraction) and private partners capable of up-scaling developed prototypes.
