NFDS Arge offers expertise in innovative food processing equipment, food formulation development, food engineering and food analyses. Currently, we study on isolation of new plant-based proteins from different sources, chemical and physical modification to increase functional and technological properties and the development of novel protein-enriched food products. Additionally, we have the opportunity to produce very high-quality food powders using our in-house developed pilot-scale infrared assisted refractance window dryer (infraRWD).
