My team lab is working on extraction, characterization, and valorization of bioresources in food and cosmetic applications.
We have a laboratory entitled: “Laboratory of Extraction processing and Natural Products analysis”.
This research platform is equipped with several extractors of Vegetable oils, essential oils, and proteins.
We have also an analytical unit equipped with GC/MS and LC/MS/MS and other conventional analytical instruments and methods
We are very interested in a project in relation with extraction, characterization and valorization of proteins.
