PRIMA prepared an Input Report to support the European Commission’s second interim evaluation of the programme. Updated in June 2025, the report includes cumulative data and analyses covering 2018–2024, with a cut-off date of 31 December 2024. It provides evidence on programme implementation, financial management, project results and impacts, and follow-up to the recommendations of the first interim evaluation.
The accompanying annexes include the action plan for implementing those recommendations, statistical and financial data, an external analysis of the project portfolio, and selected project factsheets.
