The National Agricultural Research Center (NARC), Jordan, is the national governmental institution responsible for applied agricultural research, innovation, and technical support to the agricultural sector. NARC has strong experience in climate-smart agriculture, irrigation and water management, crop production systems, field experimentation, GIS and remote sensing, and environmental assessment. The Center operates research stations across different agro-ecological zones in Jordan and has the capacity to support pilot implementation, field validation, data collection, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. NARC works closely with farmers, national institutions, and research partners to develop practical and scalable solutions for resilient Mediterranean .

NARC Jordan is seeking partners for a PRIMA 2026 Section 1 Innovation Action focused on climate-resilient and resource-efficient Mediterranean agriculture. We are interested in applied projects with strong pilot and demonstration components. NARC can contribute through research stations and pilot sites in Jordan, field experimentation, agronomic and environmental data, irrigation and water management expertise, crop monitoring, GIS and remote sensing, and validation under real Mediterranean farming conditions. We are looking for universities, research centers, SMEs, and technology partners working on agricultural innovation, smart irrigation, digital agriculture, and practical solutions for Mediterranean farming systems.
