the sustainable transformation and value addition of perishable Mediterranean agri-food products, particularly dairy products. I can contribute expertise in dairy science and technology, food fermentation, food microbiology, and food safety. My research interests include the development of fermented and functional dairy products, the use of beneficial microorganisms, microbial safety, sustainable processing technologies, and the valorisation of dairy by-products. I am interested in contributing to experimental research, laboratory analyses, technology development, joint research activities, and scientific publications within a collaborative PRIMA project.
I am interested in joining an international research team and contributing to the preparation and implementation of a PRIMA proposal. I am open to collaboration with academic institutions, research centres, and industry partners working in dairy science, food fermentation, food microbiology, and food safety.
