ETWA, a French deep-tech SME based in Toulouse, is seeking to join a PRIMA consortium as a technical partner in Earth Observation-based water resource assessment and management. HETWA offers an end-to-end methodology covering the full analytical chain — from retrospective diagnosis to prospective scenario modelling — combining multi-source EO data processing (Sentinel-2, LiDAR, SAR), water quality and hydrological indicators, climate change projections, and adaptive action plan design. These capabilities are operationalised through MEWISO, HETWA’s proprietary WebGIS decision-support platform, deployed across river basin management projects in France, Thailand, and Nigeria. Within the consortium, HETWA would contribute to EO-based status assessment, territory-scale indicator development, hydrological and climate scenario modelling, and the co-design of water management action plans with local stakeholders. HETWA is particularly interested in partnering with research institutions, public water authorities, and operational actors from PRIMA-eligible Mediterranean countries to develop scalable, transferable frameworks for water resilience assessment and governance.
