SOQIA is seeking high-level strategic partners to build a competitive, impact-driven consortium under the PRIMA 2026 WEFE Nexus CSA call: “Institutionalising and Scaling the Mediterranean WEFE Nexus Community of Practice for Cross-Sectoral Governance and Policy Uptake.”
We aim to establish a multidisciplinary Mediterranean consortium capable of transforming the WEFE Nexus from a fragmented conceptual framework into an operational, policy-oriented, and digitally enabled governance ecosystem. The proposed collaboration will focus on strengthening cross-sectoral coordination among water, energy, food, environmental, and policy stakeholders while accelerating institutional adoption, regional cooperation, and evidence-based decision-making.
SOQIA will contribute its expertise in AI-powered water intelligence, IoT-enabled monitoring systems, digital governance platforms, real-time analytics, and sustainability-driven innovation. Together with consortium partners, we intend to co-design scalable methodologies, policy support mechanisms, capacity-building frameworks, stakeholder engagement models, and digital WEFE governance tools tailored to Mediterranean socio-environmental challenges.

The consortium’s ambition is to create a lasting Mediterranean WEFE governance ecosystem that integrates policy innovation, digital transformation, stakeholder participation, and climate resilience while contributing to SDG 6, SDG 7, SDG 12, SDG 13, and broader EU Green Deal priorities.
SOQIA is open to participating both as a technology and innovation partner and as a contributor to governance, stakeholder engagement, dissemination, and digital transformation activities within the consortium. We are particularly interested in building long-term Mediterranean partnerships that extend beyond the project duration and support scalable regional impact.
We welcome collaboration with organisations interested in co-developing innovative WEFE governance models, AI-enabled sustainability platforms, policy-oriented digital tools, and cross-border pilot activities. Partners with previous PRIMA, Horizon Europe, Interreg, Erasmus+, or other international project experience are highly encouraged to connect.
