It will deliver a formal governance Charter and long-term institutional anchoring; a curated catalogue of WEFE Best Management Practices and Replication Frameworks; a structured peer-learning programme including an annual Practitioner School in Jordan; an upgraded multilingual Knowledge Hub with finance-ready concept notes; and advisory engagements with at least five Mediterranean public authorities and basin/coastal organisations. We are seeking 2–3 additional partners (small consortium of 3–4 total) with proven credentials in Mediterranean cooperation platforms, WEFE policy advisory, blended finance, or digital knowledge-platform development. Partners established in North Mediterranean EU Member States and WEFE4MED veterans are particularly welcome. ….
