The Technical Centre for Plastics and Rubber (CTPC) is a leading research and technology center in Morocco specialized in polymer materials, rubber, and composite engineering. While rooted in plasturgy sciences, the center has developed a strong cross-sector positioning, enabling it to address complex challenges across multiple industrial and environmental domains.
Recognized as the national reference in plasturgy and the only center in Morocco providing integrated expertise in this field, CTPC extends its competencies beyond materials to support system-level applications in sectors such as water infrastructure (including drinking water and ACS piping systems), agriculture, construction, aerospace, packaging, medical applications, and recycling systems. By leveraging its expertise in material behavior, durability, and performance under demanding conditions, CTPC contributes to transversal challenges such as sustainability, decarbonation, resource efficiency, and climate resilience.
CTPC also benefits from a well-established and dynamic network of partnerships with universities, research institutions, and industrial actors. This ecosystem is reinforced by extensive field experience, with more than 264 industrial services and projects delivered, demonstrating strong integration within the industrial ecosystem and a proven capacity to translate research into operational, solution-oriented outcomes.

Within the WEFE NCoP, CTPC can contribute to:
• Cross-sectoral dialogue by bridging industrial engineering perspectives with environmental and agricultural systems;
• Peer-learning activities through sharing applied research, validation methodologies, and industrial case studies;
• Development of practical guidance by supporting the technical assessment of materials and infrastructure solutions relevant to WEFE systems;
• Capacity-building activities by contributing expertise on material performance, circularity, and sustainable engineering solutions;
• Replication and scaling processes through the identification of robust, scalable, and resource-efficient technological options.
CTPC brings strong experience in applied research, science-to-industry transfer, and multi-sector innovation. Its capacity to connect research, industrial validation, and real-world deployment makes it a relevant partner for consortia aiming to support science–policy interfaces, participatory processes, and operational implementation of WEFE Nexus approaches.
