• Advancement and promotion of sustainable and energy efficiency solutions for the Agri-Food processing and value chain through: – The development and demonstration of sustainable energy solutions for agriculture and food processing. – The integrating of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies to systematically evaluate and optimize energy consumption to minimize their environmental impact in agriculture and gastronomy. – The conduction of a comprehensive assessment of energy consumption, carbon footprint, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions at each stage of the agri-food value chain, • Participation in the development of the project’s sustainable governance framework by integrating energy transition strategies. • Development of public-private partnerships to promote innovative renewable energy solutions in agriculture and gastronomy. • Contribution to the establishment of a knowledge-sharing platform on energy optimization in the agrifood sector. • Development of educational modules integrating renewable energies into sustainable agricultural practices. • Organization of training sessions and workshops to raise awareness among farmers, restaurateurs, and Agri-Food businesses about energy efficiency and clean technologies.
