DESCRIPTION

Our research areas focus on pathogenic microbes on plants, humans and animals, as well as in the environment-water, soil, air- environmental virology and viral ecology. As experts in pathogen detection and monitoring using qPCR, dPCR, LAMP, cryo- electron microscopy, high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics we can contribute to calls involving research and/or monitoring of biological contaminations in water, microbial source tracking, test efficiency of NBS and wetlands in sustainable farming systems and water management .
