Consorci de la Ribera is a Spanish local public authority formed by 48 municipalities. Sustainable energy department is promoting sustainable energy, circular economy and water cycle projects that would contribute to sustainable development of la Ribera county.
In October 2024, la Ribera county suffered the worst floods in decades in Spain that killed almost 230 people and devastated the south of the city of Valencia. It’s a priority of our municipalities to investigate potential solutions that would help them to face these events.
