Central Research Institute of Food and Feed Control affiliated to MFAL (Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkey) provides lab services with its qualified multidisciplinary staff works in team spirit and has principle based on to fulfil customers’ requests on time with a trustable and objective manner. The aim of our Institute is to extend our skills and be leader by following technology.

We are expert on the plant based products, their quality analysis(sugar(HPLC RID), protein,fat analysis etc), recovery of food waste and by-products, food additives and their analysis by HPLC-UV-DAD.
We routinely perform analysis of food additives, food contaminants, and mycotoxins with HPLC (DAD and FLD detectors) and LC-MSMS. In addition we can implement analysis of water and fat soluble vitamins and amino acids for research projects.
In our Biotechnology lab,
We cover the whole process of the food biotech research in our lab especially our expertise are related to the bioreactors and any related analysis of it.
In our milk and dairy products lab,
Operating as part of the Bursa Central Research Institute of Food and Feed, our dairy product analyses department has particular expertise in analyzing raw milk, dairy products including yogurt, cheese, and ice cream. On one hand we currently perform such physicochemical analyses as dry matter, protein, fat, ash, chlorid, acidity etc. on the other hand we are capable of microbiological testing, hormone and antibiotic residue parameters for milk and dairy products. -
