My lab, the plant sensing lab (PSL) focuses at exploring and applying relations between plant morpho-physiological s
Traits (e.g., LAI, water status, nutrients content, gas exchange) and remotely sensed data and imagery, mainly spectral and thermal. We combine this information with environmental conditions to improve estimation accuracy and desicsion making. The PSL is part of the faculty of agriculture food and environment (located at Rehovot, Israel) in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

My lab, the plant sensing lab (PSL) focuses at exploring and applying relations between crop/plant morpho-physiological
Traits (e.g., LAI, water status, nutrients content, gas exchange) and remotely sensed data and imagery, mainly spectral and thermal. We combine this information with environmental conditions to explore climatic effects as well as improve estimation accuracy and desicsion making.
Therefore, we can contribute in several levels:
1. Commercial fields
2. Farm experiments
3. Breeding projects.
4. From plant community and individual plants to specific plant organs
By estimating current crop status mainly abiotic effects; yield predictions; support irrigation and fertilization decisions, crop trait maps; and more -
