As part of the research program of the Laboratory of Plant Molecular Physiology (Center of Biotechnology-Borj-Cédria), we are focusing on the valorization of plant waste (fruit peels, seeds, leaves,…) from different species and the use of clean methods for drying fruits and legumes so as to guarantee good organoleptic and sanitary characteristics.
Our multi-disciplinary team is open to collaborate, as a partner, in a Prima project within the topic: Topic 2.3.1-2022 (RIA*) Enabling the transition to healthy and sustainable dietary behaviour.
