The Biomedical and Analytical Center (B.A.C. - http://bac.chem.uoi.gr/) operates under the umbrella of the Laboratory of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry at the Chemistry Department of the University of Ioannina, Greece, and houses state-of-the-art equipment, such as a hybrid GC-UHPLC/QTOF mass spectrometry system, a triple quadruple UPLC-MS/MS system, preparative and analytical HPLC systems, UV/Vis and fluorescence spectrometry systems, and more. Also, it has access to modern facilities, such as an NMR system facility, a microwave organic synthesis lab, a protein expression/purification lab, a cell cultures and cell-based screening lab, an in-silico lab, etc.
