Ramat Negev Desert Agro-Research Center is an applied agricultural research and innovation center operating Israel. The center specializes in developing practical solutions for agriculture under arid and semi-arid conditions, with a strong focus on water management, soil–plant interactions, crop production, resource efficiency and the integration of livestock systems, including animal nutrition and the use of agricultural by-products as alternative feed sources within circular farming systems. Established to support agricultural development in desert regions, the center works in close collaboration with farmers and livestock keepers, enabling rapid transfer of research into real-world implementation in commercial fields, greenhouses, orchards, and animal production systems.
