Spanish Agrotechnology Cluster seeking consortium partners for PRIMA 2026 topics – Greenhouse, ICT monitoring, Agri-food value chain
INNOVACAL is a Spanish national agrotechnology cluster based in Almería (Andalusia), the leading greenhouse horticulture region in Europe. We represent a network of SMEs, research centres and technology providers specialised in intensive agriculture, greenhouse innovation, agri-food processing and sustainable crop production across the Mediterranean region. We offer access to agri-food SMEs active in greenhouse production, biopesticides, biofertilisers and sustainable inputs, strong links with the Mediterranean agricultural value chain, and capacity for pilot testing and field validation of innovations in real greenhouse environments in Southern Spain.

DESCRIPTION

INNOVACAL is looking to join existing consortia or connect with project coordinators targeting PRIMA 2026 topics in farming systems, agri-food value chains and ICT for agriculture. We can contribute as: a Spanish partner providing access to real greenhouse testing environments in Almería (Europe’s largest greenhouse production area), connection to a network of agri-food SMEs and technology providers, knowledge of Mediterranean agricultural markets and regulatory frameworks, and facilitation of pilot demonstrations and field validation.
