LEANCUBATOR is seeking to join consortia as an implementation, research-to-market, and open innovation partner, with strong capabilities in experimentation, stakeholder engagement, and innovation deployment across the agro-food and WEFE Nexus sectors.
Our organization contributes to bridging the gap between research and real-world application by supporting:
– Applied research valorisation and experimentation, including pilot testing, field validation, and user-centered deployment in Mediterranean contexts
– Design and execution of living labs and real-life experimentation environments, engaging farmers, SMEs, and local stakeholders
– Structuring and facilitation of open innovation processes, connecting researchers, startups, corporates, and public actors to co-develop and scale solutions
– Development of innovation pipelines, transforming research results into market-ready solutions through incubation and acceleration mechanisms
– Implementation of capacity-building and knowledge transfer programs, ensuring adoption and replication of project outputs
Deployment of dissemination, communication, and impact strategies, with a focus on uptake, scalability, and ecosystem integration
LEANCUBATOR is particularly interested in projects combining research excellence with strong demonstration components, and is open to contributing to or leading work packages related to experimentation, open innovation, stakeholder engagement, and impact creation.
