The PRIMA Foundation, under the CSA FUTURE4PRIMA project funded by Horizon Europe, is launching a Call for Experts to identify a highly qualified external consultant or organization to deliver specialized “Go-to-Market” support services.
About FUTURE4PRIMA
The FUTURE4PRIMA project is committed to strengthening collaboration among research and innovation (R&I) funding bodies working in sustainable agri-food systems and water management across the Mediterranean.
Building on the legacy of PRIMA, the initiative is setting the groundwork for its next phase, “PRIMA2”.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced service provider with a background in accelerating market uptake of research results. The selected provider will support two beneficiaries in 2025—these may include universities, research institutes, start-ups, SMEs, or other eligible entities.
Each selected beneficiary will receive services valued up to €10,000, fully funded by PRIMA.
Scope of Services
The contractor will offer tailored innovation support within a strictly defined list of service categories, including but not limited to:
- Prototyping & laboratory validation
- Market research & competitor analysis
- Legal support (IPR, spin-offs)
- Business plan development
- Investment readiness & pitching coaching
- Licensing & contractual negotiation
- Branding & communication strategy
- Standards compliance & technical validation
- Matchmaking with industry stakeholders/investors
Key Requirements & Deliverables
- A binding agreement with each beneficiary must be signed within four weeks of award.
- Providers must submit the signed agreement to PRIMA within one week of signature.
- Service delivery may only begin after written or tacit approval from PRIMA.
- A final report (max. 10 pages) for each beneficiary must be submitted within two weeks of service completion.

Interested providers must submit their proposals by May 15th, 2025, 6 PM CET, following the procedure detailed in the official Terms of Reference (ToR).
