We are a research and development organisation specialising in applied computer vision and AI for real-world environments. Our work focuses on translating advanced image and video analytics into robust, scalable solutions that operate reliably under practical conditions such as variable lighting, movement, and limited infrastructure.
In the field of livestock farming, we develop non-invasive monitoring systems that support animal health, welfare, and farm management. Our portfolio includes computer vision methods for behaviour analysis, early disease detection (e.g. lameness, stress, pose detection), vital parameter estimation, and individual animal identification. These components can be combined into integrated decision-support systems that provide continuous, data-driven insights at herd level.
We work closely with agricultural partners to validate our technologies in operational settings and ensure relevance for end users. Our approach combines technical development with system integration, enabling deployment in both intensive and extensive farming systems, including those typical of Mediterranean regions.
Our goal is to contribute to more resilient, resource-efficient and transparent livestock production systems through practical, field-tested digital solutions.

We are looking to join or build a consortium focused on non-invasive monitoring and data-driven decision support in livestock systems, with a particular interest in Topic 2.2.1 (remote and ICT-based monitoring).
We offer strong expertise in computer vision for animal health and welfare, including behaviour analysis, early disease detection (e.g. lameness, stress, pose estimation), vital parameter estimation, and individual animal identification. These modules can be integrated into a unified monitoring system that delivers actionable insights at farm level.
We are seeking partners to complement this with:
livestock farms (cattle, sheep, goats) for real-world validation, especially under Mediterranean conditions
animal science and veterinary expertise for defining health and welfare indicators
system integrators and IoT providers for linking vision-based monitoring with farm management systems
partners working on sustainability assessment (e.g. resource use, emissions, water) to strengthen the WEFE Nexus dimension
We are particularly interested in projects that address climate resilience, extensive and low-input farming systems, and scalable solutions for regions with limited infrastructure.
Our preferred role is as a technology and system integration partner, contributing core AI components and supporting deployment, validation, and upscaling.
Our technologies are modular and can be adapted to different species and farming systems, including both intensive and extensive settings. We are particularly interested in collaborations that enable cross-country validation and address practical constraints such as limited infrastructure, variable environmental conditions, and scalability.
We are also interested in exploring synergies with partners working on water efficiency, resource management, and sustainability assessment to strengthen the WEFE Nexus dimension of the project.
