The National Agricultural Research Center (NARC) is a government research institution in Jordan with a mandate to advance sustainable agriculture, integrated water management, and climate resilience in dryland Mediterranean contexts. NARC has hands-on experience in implementing nature-based solutions, climate-resilient farming systems, and applying the WEFE nexus approach, working closely with local communities, researchers, and policymakers. We are actively seeking to join a consortium under PRIMA Section 1, NARC offers strong technical expertise in GIS, remote sensing, programming, and field-based environmental assessment, alongside robust experience in stakeholder engagement and science-policy interface. Our research background includes climate change adaptation, drought monitoring, ecosystem health assessment, and smart agriculture technologies, proven through leadership and participation in national and regional projects on land degradation, fire risk, and sustainable water use.
