We are building a consortium for a proposal focused on implementing and assessing Nature-based Solutions (NbS) in urban settings and/or agricultural landscapes, depending on our consortium. Possible components include rainwater harvesting, water reuse, managed aquifer recharge, wetland restoration, and hybrid NbS systems for drought, flood, and pollution control.
We are looking for either of those:
– Researchers (e.g. NbS design, hybrid infrastructure design, remote sensing, agriculture or related topics)
– Partners from Mediterranean countries interested in pilot implementation
– NGOs or stakeholders experienced in co-design and community engagement
The final project focus will be shaped collaboratively based on partner expertise and interest.
