Our research group is interested in participating in the PRIMA 2025 Call, particularly in Topic 2.2.1-2025 – Upscaling Agroecology Practices at the Farm Level in the Mediterranean. In this context, we are pleased to offer our expertise in soil health and soil biodiversity. Our group has extensive experience in the application of: a) Soil ecotoxicological tests (according to ISO and OECD standards); b) Biological soil quality indices based on soil fauna (e.g., QBS-ar Index using microarthropods, QBS-e Index using earthworms); c) Soil functional tests (e.g., Bait-Lamina Test, Tea Bag Index); d) Soil enzyme activity analysis; e) soil microbiomes analysis using eDNA metabarcoding approaches.
