Our research group is willing to join a consortium as a project partner. Our main interest is protein production (fermentation), separation and purification at micro and macroscale. We have experience with classical protein purification methods such as precipitation, chromatography etc., but also with novel techniques such as green extraction methods using aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS) based on polymers and natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES). In addition, we have extensive experience working with microtechnology (i.e., microextractors), which can an excellent tool for protein purification and process intensification. Over the years, we have worked on many national and international projects, fulfilling all the tasks assigned to us.
