We seek to join a multi-actor consortium as a research partner to lead or support work packages on innovative food processing or analytical validation of food origin and quality. Quality Control Protocols: Developing spectroscopic “fingerprints” for rapid field-to-fork monitoring. Specifically interested in exploring spectroscopic fingerprints for the traceability of regional specialty crops.
