PCS is a Palestinian NGO focused on empowering civil society organizations across the West Bank and Gaza. Our expertise includes stakeholder engagement, capacity building, policy advocacy, and coordination of multi-stakeholder initiatives. PCS manages training programs, community-based projects, and networking platforms to strengthen governance and social development.

PCS seeks to join a PRIMA consortium as a Partner in Topic 1.4.1‑2026. Our role will focus on engaging local stakeholders in Palestine, facilitating capacity building and training, and supporting policy uptake and governance initiatives related to the WEFE Nexus. PCS can also contribute to dissemination of project results, networking, and expanding the Community of Practice at the local and regional level.
PCS has extensive experience coordinating with local NGOs, government entities, and community stakeholders in Palestine. We are ready to collaborate closely with a Lead Partner to ensure local implementation and dissemination in the region.
