PectiNile is an Egyptian deep-tech SME strictly operating in the B2B chemical sector, focused on the circular bioeconomy. We bridge the gap from lab-scale (TRL 4) to industrial commercialization (TRL 8). We have fully engineered the CAPEX and Process Flow for a multi-feedstock Pilot Biorefinery. Our facility features custom-designed extraction units, advanced Filter Presses, Vacuum Evaporators, and Spray Dryers, with a target processing capacity of 100-500 Kg of raw biomass per batch. While optimized for extracting high-grade Pectin from citrus agro-waste, our engineering protocols allow adjusting parameters to extract bioactive compounds from diverse Mediterranean plant species.
