We seek to join a consortium as a Technical and Industrial Partner (SME) to bridge the gap between research and practical application. We propose the following collaboration roles:
1. Demonstration and Validation (Pilot Sites): We can host and manage large-scale pilot trials in Egypt to test innovative irrigation technologies, salt-tolerant crop models, and smart farming sensors under real Mediterranean arid conditions.
2. Technical Implementation: Our team can lead the engineering design and installation of advanced hydroponic systems (NFT, Dutch Bucket) and smart water management networks.
3. Economic Impact & Scaling: We propose to handle the techno-economic assessment of the project’s solutions, ensuring they are cost-effective and ready for commercial scaling in the MENA region.
4. Technology Transfer: We can facilitate the training of local farmers and technical staff, ensuring the long-term adoption of the project’s outcomes.
We are particularly interested in collaborating with universities, research centers, and technology providers from Northern Mediterranean countries (EU) focusing on Water-Energy-Food Nexus and Climate-Resilient Agriculture.
Our firm is led by senior agricultural consultants with extensive experience in the MENA region’s agri-business sector. We have successfully managed multi-thousand-acre projects and designed high-tech hydroponic facilities from feasibility to full operation.
We are highly flexible in our collaboration models, whether as a technology provider, a project manager for pilot sites, or a consultant for socio-economic impact assessments.
We have a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment in Egypt and can facilitate all necessary local approvals and stakeholder engagement activities.
