DESCRIPTION

INDIGO MED offers complementary expertise to PRIMA consortia seeking to strengthen the link between research and innovation, stakeholders, policy and real-world uptake. We can lead or contribute to work packages and tasks covering stakeholder engagement, co-creation, communication and dissemination, exploitation, capacity building, policy uptake, replication, impact assessment and project management. Our contribution can include stakeholder mapping and engagement; participatory and co-creation activities; engagement with farmers, water managers, SMEs, public authorities, policymakers and communities; training and capacity building; science and policy communication; exploitation and sustainability strategies; replication and scaling; impact pathways and KPIs; dissemination campaigns and digital tools; and coordination of multi-stakeholder activities. INDIGO MED also contributes actively during the proposal-development stage. We can support proposal drafting and review, particularly the Impact and Implementation sections, work-package design, stakeholder and exploitation strategies, KPIs and overall proposal coherence. Where needed, we can also assist with consortium development and identification of complementary European and Mediterranean partners. With extensive experience in EU-funded marine, environmental and sustainability projects, INDIGO MED is particularly interested in PRIMA initiatives addressing the WEFE Nexus, sustainable water management, climate resilience, biodiversity and ecosystem restoration, sustainable agriculture and food systems, Mediterranean cooperation and science-policy-society interaction. We are interested in building long-term collaborations with organisations developing PRIMA proposals and are also available to contribute to future PRIMA calls and related Horizon Europe and Mediterranean research and innovation initiatives.
