The CTPC is a leading research and technology center in Morocco specialized in polymer materials, rubber, and composite engineering. While rooted in plasturgy sciences, the center has developed a strong cross-sector positioning, enabling it to address complex challenges across multiple industrial and environmental domains.
Recognized as the national reference in plasturgy and the only center in Morocco providing integrated expertise in this field, CTPC extends its competencies beyond materials to support system-level applications in sectors such as building and construction, water infrastructure including drinking water and ACS piping systems, agriculture, aerospace, packaging, medical applications, and recycling systems.

• The center relies on advanced mechanical testing including tensile and compression tests, Charpy impact resistance, melt flow index for polymer processability, thermal conductivity, and transmission properties.
• It also performs thermal and ageing analyses such as Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Thermogravimetric Analysis, Infrared Spectroscopy, and Oxidation Induction Time to evaluate stability and long-term behaviour.
• For chemical safety and compliance, CTPC conducts migration tests, Inductively Coupled Plasma analysis for heavy metals, High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with UV detection, and Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry.
