Technology Campus Wörth-Wiesent is a research campus of Deggendorf Institute of Technology focused on hydrogen technologies and sustainable energy systems. Our main research areas include power electronics, electrolysis and fuel cell technology, and process and systems engineering. We develop efficient converter systems, DC/DC architectures, control systems, and integrated energy solutions linking renewable power sources with electrolysers, fuel cells, and drive systems. The campus is part of a technology transfer environment supporting applied R&D and collaboration with industry and public partners.

Technology Campus Wörth-Wiesent (Deggendorf Institute of Technology, Germany) is looking to join a PRIMA consortium
We offer expertise in:
power electronics for renewable-energy systems
high-efficiency DC/DC conversion and converter control
integration of renewable power sources with electrolysis and process systems
embedded control, energy management, and system optimisation
applied research, prototyping, and test-bench validation
We are particularly interested in collaborations involving:
solar-powered or hybrid renewable-powered desalination units
smart energy management for agricultural water systems
efficient power conversion for pumps, membranes, electrolysers, and auxiliary systems
digital monitoring, control, and optimisation of decentralised water-treatment platforms
pilot and demonstration activities in Mediterranean farming contexts
We seek partners from Mediterranean countries, including research organisations, SMEs, farmer organisations, water technology providers, and pilot-site owners, for joint proposal preparation, demonstration, and impact validation.
Open to collaborating as technology partner or work package leader for converter design, renewable integration, control systems, and prototype validation.
