We are an interdisciplinary Moroccan research team composed of experts from universities and public research institutes. Our work focuses on food technology, post-harvest systems, agro-industrial by-product valorization, agronomy, and socio-economic analysis. (3 Food technology professors, 2 microbiologist, 1 Agro-economist, 1 food chemist, 4 agronomists, and 4 engineers)
We have strong experience working directly with farmers, cooperatives, and SMEs across Morocco, particularly in traditional agri-food value chains such as argan, olive, citrus, dried fruits, and aromatic plants.
