Bursa Food and Feed Control Central Research Institute (CRIFFC) is a national institution under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Türkiye. Our mission is to ensure food and feed safety through advanced research, analysis, and innovation. The institute conducts R&D projects on valorization of agricultural and food residues, and sustainable food and feed production. We collaborate closely with universities, research centers, and industry partners, and provide scientific support for policy development and regulatory frameworks.
We are seeking European partners to develop innovative solid-state fermentation processes using fungi, yeast, and bacteria to enhance digestibility and protein content of agricultural waste for animal feed. We are interested in joining or forming a consortium under PRIMA Section 1 or 2, with partners from Europe and MPC countries.
We can contribute pilot-scale facilities, analytical capabilities, and access to local substrates in Bursa region. We are open to collaborations with universities, research centers, and industry partners, and ready to participate actively in proposal preparation and project implementation.
