The National Institute of Agronomic of Tunisia (INAT) is a leading higher education and research institution located in Tunis, specializing in agricultural sciences, food systems, and environmental studies. Founded in 1898, it is one of the oldest agronomy schools in Africa and plays a key role in training engineers, researchers, and experts who contribute to the development of sustainable agriculture and food quality and security in Tunisia and beyond. INAT offers multidisciplinary programs that combine theoretical knowledge with practical fieldwork, covering areas such as agronomy, agri-Food Industries, agro-economics, rural development, and natural resource management. The institute is also actively involved in scientific research and international cooperation, addressing major challenges such as climate change, water scarcity, and innovation in agri-food systems.

I would be pleased to explore potential collaboration opportunities in research areas focused on improving food quality, including risk management, food microbiology, toxicology, and hygiene. I am also particularly interested in projects related to the valorization of traditional foods and indigenous agricultural resources. In addition, my work addresses sustainable approaches through the application of the three Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) to reduce food waste and losses.
