We are a research group of Faculty of Agricultural and Food Science – University of Milan (Italy), we are interested in research proposal focused on agroecology and plant-based product. We can provide the assessment of the different pillars of sustainability: Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) fo the environmental aspect, Life Cycle Cost and business model analysis for the economic aspect and social LCAfor the social and nutritional aspects.
