Leartiker SCOOP is a Technological Centre specialized in Polymers and Food Technology. One of the departments of Food Technology is called Dairy Centre and offers a variety of services, such as the development of new dairy products and cheeses, advanced technical advice and specialised training. The challenge of Dairy Center is to boost the diversification and competitiveness of small dairy producers and foster their passion for innovation. We have experience researching in basic projects to increment our knowledge and applied projects in real farms related to safety (microbiological and physic-chemical aspects) and quality (nutritional and sensorial aspects) of milk and dairy products just as to cheemaking process.
