The Fundación Asamblea de Ciudadanos y Ciudadanas del Mediterráneo (FACM) is a network that promotes dialogue, proposals and citizen action in the Mediterranean basin. The ACM Foundation promotes the democratic values of freedom, peace and respect for diversity, as well as environmental responsibility in the Mediterranean.
With 32 circles in 20 mediterranean countries, the FACM is developping and strenghtening a network of associations, universities, experts in the mediterranean area with more than 300 partners whose transversal action lines are environment and citizenship.
It has surrounded itself with strong institutional and citizen partners such as the Anna Lindh Foundation, the Mediterranean House, the University of Valencia in Spain, the IEMED, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (APM), MedCités, but also the CEMAS in Spain or the CMI-UNOPS in Marseille.
